Here at Matthews Brothers, we have a team of in-house Design Engineers to ensure our equipment remains at the forefront of road manufacturing technologies. This allows us to combine multi-generational industry knowledge & experience with modern design capabilities to continue to deliver innovative and functional solutions.

In addition to supporting the continual refinement of the existing product range, the MBE Design Team are eager to apply their expertise to the development of new products and equipment. If you have any equipment requirements outside our existing product range, then our Design Team can help.

Using modern 3D CAD software, we can undertake every stage of the design development process from the initial concepts, through to fully resolved detail designed products including fabrication drawings and production.

Utilising Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations we are able critically assess components to help optimise the performance of everything we design and ensure that they are functional, efficient and cost effective.
